The HP Sizer for Microsoft Lync Server 2013 is to be released in phases. Release 1 is currently available, with Releases 2 and 3, with increased functionality, to follow later in 2013. The scope of Release1 is limited to Lync Server 2013 Architecture planning for Single site, Standard & Enterprise Edition Topology, User capacity up to 80,000 and follows Microsoft Lync Server 2013 User Model Specifications. Although this newest HP sizer is free to download and use, the recommendations created by the tool are for planning purposes only. Actual work load simulation is required to make sure that Microsoft Lync Server 2013 is adequately provisioned.
